This one is from the Punjab area, the Kadhi Pakoras are prepared with different Ingriendets mentioned below. I personally find the preparation a bit of long because of the number of Ingredients used, but the end result is delicious.

- FRESH FENUGREEK LEAVES / METHI -1 CUP
- ONION – 1 CHOPPED
- BESAN/ CHICKPEA FLOUR – 1 CUP
- BAKING POWDER – 1 TSP
- TURMERIC – 1/2TSP
- SALT TO TASTE
- RED CHILLI – 1/2TSP
- WATER – FOR CONSISTENCY

- GINGER – 1 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
