- CHICKEN- 1 KG
- SALT- 1/2 TEASPOON
- PEPPER POWDER- 1/2 TEASPOON
- CUMIN POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON
- DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES- 1 TEASPOON
- LEMON JUICE- 1 TBSP
- GINGER-GARLIC PASTE- 2 TEASPOON (MARINATE FOR 1/2 AN HOUR)
- CURD- 3 TBSP (MARINATE FOR ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR)
- VEGETABLE OIL- 3 TBSP
- CHOPPED GINGER- 1 TEASPOON
- GREEN CHILI- 3-4 CHOPPED
- GINGER-GARLIC PASTE- 2 TEASPOON
- ONION, GREEN CHILI, CASHEW NUTS-(2,3,10) BOILED AND GRIND IT TO MAKE FINE PASTE
- FRESH FENUGREEK LEAVES- 1 CUP CHOPPED
- SALT- TO TASTE
- PEPPER POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON
- CUMIN POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON
- DRY FENUGREEK LEVAS- 1 TEASPOON
- CURD- 2 TBSP (COOK FOR 7-8 MINUTES TILL OIL SHOWS SEPARATELY)
- GHEE- 2 TBSP
- MARINATED CHICKEN
