    Keep all the ingredients ready for spicy potato.

    In a mixing bowl, add curd. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder and coriander powder.

    Mix it well and keep it aside.

    Take the baby potatoes and prick each of them using a fork.

    Now, add the baby potatoes in the marination and mix it well.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add onion. Fry it till it is dark golden brown in the color.

    Add baby potatoes in the pan. Cook it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring in between the cooking process to avoid the spices from burning.

    Cook, it covered for another 4-5 minutes on a low flame till the potatoes are properly cooked and show oil separately. Open and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
