Keep all the ingredients ready for soup.
Add 2 cup water in a wok.
Add Slit tomato, onion, and garlic.
Cook, it covered on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Strain the water and let the tomato cools completely at the room temperature. Peel off the tomato skins.
In a grinder, add tomato, garlic, and onion. Grind it to make a fine puree.
In the wok, add leftover water or vegetable stock and ground tomato paste. Mix it well. Add pepper powder and salt.
Dissolve corn flour in 2 tbsp water, add it to the tomato puree. Keep stirring while adding the cornflour to avoid any lumps in the soup. Delicious soup is ready to serve. Serve hot.
