- Keep all the ingredients ready for spicy potato. 
- In a mixing bowl, add curd. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder and coriander powder. 
- Mix it well and keep it aside. 
- Take the baby potatoes and prick each of them using a fork. 
- Now, add the baby potatoes in the marination and mix it well. 
- Heat oil in a pan. 
- Add onion. Fry it till it is dark golden brown in the color. 
- Add baby potatoes in the pan. Cook it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring in between the cooking process to avoid the spices from burning. 
- Cook, it covered for another 4-5 minutes on a low flame till the potatoes are properly cooked and show oil separately. Open and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 
- Delicious spicy potato is ready to serve. Serve hot with puris.
