Here is the recipe of Healthy Omelette which is prepared with Broccoli and Mushrooms. This recipe is perfect for those who are counting calories (or on a strict high protein diet) and they are still looking to eat something tasty.

Because let’s face it, no one can live on boring food, even when you are on a diet. And for having something delicious doesn’t mean you have to compromise on your diet.

I’ve used one whole egg and two white eggs, which comes are only 3 grams of fat and 10 Grams of protein. Then we add a few pieces of Mushrooms and Broccoli, which is again some more amount of protein. Check out the nutrition chart at the bottom.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/2 inch grated Ginger
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green chili
  • 6 pieces Mushroom
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 whole and 2 egg white Eggs
  • 1/2 chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp Refined

Instructions

  • Keep all the ingredients ready for the stuffed egg.
  • Pour egg in a mixing bowl. Add egg white in the bowl.
  • Add black pepper, salt and mix it well.
  • n a pan/wok add oil and heat it. Saute with ginger and garlic.
  • Add onion and fry it for 30 seconds or till it is translucent.
  • Add green chili and diced mushroom. Fry it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli and cook for another 1 minute.
  • Add chopped tomato, pepper powder, and salt and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl.
  • Heat the oil in a flat tawa. Pour the egg mixture.
  • Cook it on low heat till it is light golden in the color from the back side or tills it is properly cooked.
  • Put stuffing on half side of the egg and fold it. The delicious stuffed egg is ready to serve. Serve hot.

Keep all the ingredients ready for stuffed egg.

Pour egg in a mixing bowl.

Add egg white in the bowl.

Add black pepper, salt and mix it well.
