- Keep all the ingredients ready for the stuffed egg. 
- Pour egg in a mixing bowl. Add egg white in the bowl. 
- Add black pepper, salt and mix it well. 
- n a pan/wok add oil and heat it. Saute with ginger and garlic. 
- Add onion and fry it for 30 seconds or till it is translucent. 
- Add green chili and diced mushroom. Fry it for 1-2 minutes. 
- Add broccoli and cook for another 1 minute. 
- Add chopped tomato, pepper powder, and salt and cook for 1-2 minutes. 
- Switch off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl. 
- Heat the oil in a flat tawa. Pour the egg mixture. 
- Cook it on low heat till it is light golden in the color from the back side or tills it is properly cooked. 
- Put stuffing on half side of the egg and fold it. The delicious stuffed egg is ready to serve. Serve hot.
