    Keep all the ingredients ready for filling.

    Chop cabbage finely.

    Transfer it into a mixing bowl.

    Chop the carrots finely. Peel off the skin of onion and chop it finely.

    Chop capsicum finely.

    In a pan, add oil and saute with chopped ginger and garlic.

    Add chopped onion and fry it till it is translucent.

    Add capsicum and cook for another 1 minutes.

    Add chopped cabbage and cook it on a medium stove for 2-3 minutes.

    Add chopped carrots and cook for one more minutes.

    Add salt, green chili, and pepper powder. Mix it well.

    Add soya sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add crushed paneer and vinegar. Mix it well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Switch off the stove. Now the filling is ready.

    In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, baking soda, and oil. Mix it well.

    Add water and knead the flour well to make a dough.

    The dough is ready, Cover and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.

    Take the lemon size ball from the dough, dust with flour and roll it into a circle of 3-4 inches in diameter. Apply water from all the sides of the circle.

    Put 1 tbsp filling in the center of the circle.

    Fold it in a way as shown below in the image. (You can refer video for shaping the momos)

    The momos are done. Do the same with the rest of the dough. All the momos are prepared for steam.

    Steam cook it for 4- 6 minutes,

But with their increase in availability has decreased its quality. I rarely find Momos that are delicious, In fact, I can count on my fingers the places where I can get tasty momos.

So, I’ve started making them myself at home since the last few years, and I am, in fact, pretty good at it.

I am sharing my recipe of Delicious Momos today. Check out the step by step instructions below to prepare the most delicious Momos you will have in a long time.

Keep all the ingredients ready for filling.

Chop cabbage finely.

Transfer it into a mixing bowl.

Chop the carrots finely.
