- WHITE SPLIT LENTIL/ DHULI URAD DAL- 1 CUP
- WATER- 3 CUP
- CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TEASPOON
- GREEN CHILI- 2 CHOPPED
- SALT-1/2 TEASPOON OR AS PER TASTE
- CORIANDER LEAVES- 1 TBSP CHOPPED
- VEGETABLE OIL- FOR DEEP FRYING
