    Add egg white and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add milk, water, and yeast.

    Mix it well or till the mixture is frothy.

    Add all-purpose flour and knead the flour well to make soft and elastic dough.

    Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes.

    You can knead the dough on a flat surface.

    Cover it with a plastic sheet and keep it aside for 30 minutes to get the dough doubled in size.

    Here, the dough gets doubled in size. Knead it again for 5-6 minutes. Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes again.

    Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Take one portion of the dough and roll it into a thick circle.

    Cut it in circles using something circular, like Bangles, and cut out from the center using a bottle cap.

    Deep fry it on a medium to low flame till it is golden and crisp.

    Transfer it on a tissue paper to get rid of extra oil.

    All the doughnuts are ready for sugar coating.

    In a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and cardamom green powder. Mix it well. Put one of the doughnuts on a sugar powdered to coat it from both the sides. Do the same with the remaining doughnuts. You can decorate it with the chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup. Delicious doughnuts are ready to serve.
