    Drain the soaked chana dal thoroughly.

    In a grinder, combine the chana dal with garlic, green chili, and cumin seeds. Grind into a coarse paste, adding minimal water if necessary.

    Transfer the ground mixture to a bowl. Add the chopped onion, coriander leaves, and salt to taste. Mix all ingredients well.

    Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat for deep frying.

    Once the oil is hot, carefully drop small portions of the pakori mixture into the oil. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.

    Remove the fried pakoras with a slotted spoon and place them on absorbent paper to drain excess oil. Serve hot with tea.

  • CORIANDER LEAVES- 3 TBSP CHOPPED
  • CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TEASPOON
  • GARLIC- 8-9 CLOVES
  • SALT- TO TASTE
  • GREEN CHILI- 4-5
  • VEGETABLE OIL- FOR DEEP FRYING
