Ingredients for the Chana Dal Pakori
- CHANA DAL- 1 CUP (WASHED AND SOAKED)
- ONION- 2 CHOPPED
- CORIANDER LEAVES- 3 TBSP CHOPPED
- CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TEASPOON
- GARLIC- 8-9 CLOVES
- SALT- TO TASTE
- GREEN CHILI- 4-5
- VEGETABLE OIL- FOR DEEP FRYING
