So, this poached eggs or half fry is great from being a healthy breakfast and rich in nutrients at the same time. Check out the stpe by step process to make it.

Preparation Time: 7 Minutes

Serves 1

  • 2 Bread slice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato

Heat butter in a pan.

Add onion and saute it for 1-2 minutes.

Add tomato, pepper powder and salt. Saute for another 1-2 minutes. Transfer it to a serving plate.

In the same pan, dry roast bread from both the sides.

Bread is ready, transfer it in a serving plate.

In the same pan, add 1 teaspoon butter and crack an egg. Cook it on a low flame for 1 minutes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder. Transfer it in to a serving plate.

Delicious poached egg is ready to serve. Serve hot.
