The bread vada, as its name suggests, is made from the bread, which has a filling of some spicy ingredients and then deep fried. It’s so yummy that it will make your day, try this out now.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
- 1.5 (boiled and mashed) Potato
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 chopped Onion
- 2 chopped Green chili
- 2 tbsp coarsely grind Peanuts
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 5 Bread slices
- for deep frying Vegetable oil
- to the bread slices Water
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry till it is translucent in color.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and green chili powder. Add 20 ml water and salt. Mix it well.
Add mashed potato.
Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well. The stuffing is ready.
Let it cool at the room temperature. Divide the mixture in 8-10 equal portions.
Take one portion of the mixture and roll it.
Cut the brown part of the bread and dip it in the water. Put the rolled potato mixture in the center of the bread and close it using your palm.

Now, the roll is ready for deep frying.
Put it in the hot oil and deep fry it on a low flame till it is golden and crisp.
Take out the fried bread vada on a tissue paper to get rid of an extra oil. Delicious bread vada is ready to serve. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
