    In a wok add water and potato pieces. Let it boil for 6-7 minutes on a medium to high flame.

    Take out the boiled potato in a bowl and keep it in a freezer for 1 hour.

    Now, the potato is cooled.

    Add cornflour and mix it well.

    Deep fry it on a high flame till it is golden and crisp.

    Take out the fried potato pieces on a tissue paper to get rid of extra oil.

    In a wok/pan, add vegetable oil. Saute with chopped garlic.

    Add capsicum, and cook for 1 minute. Add red chili flakes, salt, sweet chili sauce, coriander leaves, and honey. Mix it well.

    Add fried potato and mix it well. Add sesame seeds.

    Mix it well and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.
