    In a bowl, combine chicken leg pieces with lemon juice, soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper powder, and 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Mix well to coat and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt to taste, red chili paste, crushed black pepper, a small pinch of red food color, and 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Add a little water as needed to form a thick, smooth batter.

    Dip each marinated chicken piece into the prepared coating mixture, ensuring it is fully and evenly covered with the batter.
