How to Make Mix Veg Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 Bread slices
- 1 cup Mashed potatoes
- 1/3 cup chopped Carrots
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 chopped1 Green chili
- 1 tbsp Curry leaves
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 1/3 cup chopped Capsicum
- 1/4 cup chopped Tomatoes
Instructions
- Keep all the ingredients ready for sandwiches.
- In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes.
- Add onions, capsicum,tomatoes, carrots, chili, curry leaves, pepper powder, salt and mustard seeds.
- Mix it well.
- The filling is ready for spread.
- Spread it on each slices.
- The slices are ready to cook.
- Apply butter on both the sides of the bread and cook it on medium to low flame till is is golden and crisp.
- Flip it over after the other side is light golden in the color. Do the same with the rest of the slices.
- Cut it into a shape you want.
- Mix vegetable sandwich is ready to serve.
