The cheese corn balls or cheese corn pakora makes a lovely evening snack.
These are not your regular pakoras, it’s different. And will be appreciated by a foodie who is on the look for something different.

Cheese Corn Balls Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Potato
- 1 cup Sweet corn
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 Green chili
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder
- 1/2 cup grated Mozarella cheese
- 2 cup Bread crumbs
- for deep frying Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Keep all the ingredients ready.
- In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, cheese, green chili, pepper powder, salt, corn, coriander leaves, 1 tbsp cornflour, and ginger.
- Mix it well.
- Make lemon size ball from the prepared mixture.
- The balls are ready.
- In a bowl, add all-purpose flour and water and make lumps free batter. Dip the ball in the batter, then put it in the cornflour bowl for the coat, then put it in the bread crumbs, the ball should be evenly coated with the bread crumbs. Do the same with the remaining balls.
- Heat the wok with oil and deep fry 3-4 at a time on a medium to low flame till it is golden and crisp.
- Take out the fried balls on a tissue paper to get rid of extra oil. Delicious sweet corn balls are ready to serve. Serve hot with sauce.
