    Ensure moong dal is soaked as required and palak leaves are boiled and cooled.

    In a blender, combine the soaked moong dal, boiled palak, curd, green chili, and salt. Blend until you achieve a smooth idli batter consistency.

    Just before steaming, add the Eno Fruit Salt to the batter and mix gently until it becomes frothy.

    Grease idli molds and pour the batter into them. Steam the idlis for 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve hot.
