    Finely chop the tomato, onion, capsicum, green chilies, and coriander leaves.

    In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper powder. Add all the chopped vegetables to the egg mixture and mix well.

    Heat ghee or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a portion of the egg mixture into the pan to form an omelet.
