- Keep all the ingredients ready for soup. 
- Add 2 cup water in a wok. 
- Add Slit tomato, onion, and garlic. 
- Cook, it covered on medium heat for 5 minutes. 
- Strain the water and let the tomato cools completely at the room temperature. Peel off the tomato skins. 
- In a grinder, add tomato, garlic, and onion. Grind it to make a fine puree. 
- In the wok, add leftover water or vegetable stock and ground tomato paste. Mix it well. Add pepper powder and salt. 
- Dissolve corn flour in 2 tbsp water, add it to the tomato puree. Keep stirring while adding the corn flour to avoid any lumps in the soup. Delicious soup is ready to serve. Serve hot.
