Keep all the ingredients ready for the stuffed egg.
Pour egg in a mixing bowl. Add egg white in the bowl.
Add black pepper, salt and mix it well.
n a pan/wok add oil and heat it. Saute with ginger and garlic.
Add onion and fry it for 30 seconds or till it is translucent.
Add green chili and diced mushroom. Fry it for 1-2 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook for another 1 minute.
Add chopped tomato, pepper powder, and salt and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Switch off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl.
Heat the oil in a flat tawa. Pour the egg mixture.
Cook it on low heat till it is light golden in the color from the back side or tills it is properly cooked.
Put stuffing on half side of the egg and fold it. The delicious stuffed egg is ready to serve. Serve hot.
