Omelette recipe

Here is the recipe of Healthy Omelette which is prepared with Broccoli and Mushrooms. This recipe is perfect for those who are counting calories (or on a strict high protein diet) and they are still looking to eat something tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/2 inch grated Ginger
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green chili
  • 6 pieces Mushroom
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 whole and 2 egg white Eggs
  • 1/2 chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp Refined

Instructions

  • Keep all the ingredients ready for the stuffed egg.
  • Pour egg in a mixing bowl. Add egg white in the bowl.
  • Add black pepper, salt and mix it well.
  • n a pan/wok add oil and heat it. Saute with ginger and garlic.
  • Add onion and fry it for 30 seconds or till it is translucent.
  • Add green chili and diced mushroom. Fry it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli and cook for another 1 minute.
  • Add chopped tomato, pepper powder, and salt and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl.
  • Heat the oil in a flat tawa. Pour the egg mixture.
  • Cook it on low heat till it is light golden in the color from the back side or tills it is properly cooked.
  • Put stuffing on half side of the egg and fold it. The delicious stuffed egg is ready to serve. Serve hot.
